Can the timestamp be back-dated or tampered with?
No — every entry is timestamped and logged at the moment you capture it, so the record proves when the round was walked and when the incident was logged. It is tamper-evident and stands up in an audit or investigation.
Is a signed report admissible when sign-off is needed?
Yes — where a sign-off is required, it is an eIDAS e-signature (SES/AES), timestamped and logged alongside the report.
Can I work on a remote site with no signal?
Prepare and edit the report offline; it sends and timestamps when you are back in coverage. Dictation needs a connection.
Can I use our own incident and audit templates?
